The Western University School of Health Sciences College of Podiatric Medicine conducted a randomized, double blind, 4-week clinical trial with 48 subjects with pedal fissures to assess the comparative efficacy of SkinIntegra vs. Urea-40. The results show that the SkinIntegra group demonstrated a significantly faster rate of healing compared to the Urea-40 group. The Urea-40 group also demonstrated irritation with extended application.
