WHY WE HAVE THIS POLICY

We know quality is important to you and it is of utmost importance to us. The purpose of this Sales Policy is to ensure that SkinIntegra maintains its high quality and associated brand goodwill and to govern the terms under which products may be purchased.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL ORDERING 

Licensed Medical Professionals can order SkinIntegra products via an authorized online account on www.SkinIntegra.com. To activate your online account and benefit from medical prices, contact us at customersupport@skinintegra.com or (442) 226-2262.

INTERNET SALES

We are committed to protecting Medical Professionals and Consumers from potentially counterfeit or illegally acquired products. The following sales or advertising tactics are prohibited and will result in account deactivation:

• Reselling unboxed SkinIntegra products
• Advertising or selling SkinIntegra products on third-party sites, including, but not limited to: Google, eBay, Amazon, Walmart
• Reselling SkinIntegra products to purchasers for resale (i.e. third-party providers, or wholesalers)
• Selling SkinIntegra products for export outside the United States, either directly or indirectly, without prior written authorization 

Customers may advertise and sell SkinIntegra products on their own website or social media sites as long as displayed prices on SkinIntegra products comply with our minimum advertised pricing, which is to not discount by more than 10% of suggested retail prices.

PRICE LIST

All prices displayed are quoted in US Dollars ($). 

It may happen that the pricing information on our products contains errors. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel your purchase in the event of spelling, or other errors.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS

We accept the following bank or credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as the following online payment platforms: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

Payment can be processed online at www.skinintegra.com or over the phone at (442) 226-2262. It is due at time of order. 

RETURN POLICY

Products Eligible for Return:

1. Damaged – Products received damaged may be returned for replacement products. Have the transportation company note “damaged” or “broken” on the freight bill. All returns should remain in the original carton for inspection. Full credit, including shipping, may be issued if requested.
2. Received in Error – Products shipped in error by SkinIntegra may be returned for full credit, including shipping.
3. Return for Credit – If a Medical Professional wishes to return the product ordered for any reason, the product may be returned for credit when reported within thirty (30) days of receipt. The Physician Provider will incur all shipping charges for such returns.
4. Patient Dissatisfied (Purchased through Medical Professional) – Any product purchased through a Medical Professional may be returned to the Medical Professional that sold the product when the patient is not satisfied with the product performance. The Medical Professional will be sent a replacement product for the items returned or issued credit for the item returned.

Return Process:
To obtain authorization to return product for replacement or credit, please email us at customersupport@skinintegra.com with RETURN in the subject line and with the following information:

*Product Name, *Quantity for Each Product, *Unit Price, *Your Account Name, *Reason, *Billing Address, *Shipping Address, *Account Contact

Customer Service will provide a Returned Materials Authorization Number (RMA #) for those items approved for credit and, if applicable, a UPS shipping label. All returned goods should include a copy of the RMA form. Replacement products will not ship, or credit issued, until the returned product is received and processed.

SHIPPING AND TAX POLICIES

Shipping:

• Medical Professional orders within the contiguous USA will ship standard ground delivery for free. Any expedited shipping will be charged.
• Orders generally arrive in 3-7 business days.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order as required.
