MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL ORDERING
Licensed Medical Professionals can order SkinIntegra products via an authorized online account on www.SkinIntegra.com. To activate your online account and benefit from medical prices, contact us at customersupport@skinintegra.com or (442) 226-2262.
INTERNET SALES
We are committed to protecting Medical Professionals and Consumers from potentially counterfeit or illegally acquired products. The following sales or advertising tactics are prohibited and will result in account deactivation:
Customers may advertise and sell SkinIntegra products on their own website or social media sites as long as displayed prices on SkinIntegra products comply with our minimum advertised pricing, which is to not discount by more than 10% of suggested retail prices.

It may happen that the pricing information on our products contains errors. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel your purchase in the event of spelling, or other errors.

To obtain authorization to return product for replacement or credit, please email us at customersupport@skinintegra.com with RETURN in the subject line and with the following information:
*Product Name, *Quantity for Each Product, *Unit Price, *Your Account Name, *Reason, *Billing Address, *Shipping Address, *Account Contact
Customer Service will provide a Returned Materials Authorization Number (RMA #) for those items approved for credit and, if applicable, a UPS shipping label. All returned goods should include a copy of the RMA form. Replacement products will not ship, or credit issued, until the returned product is received and processed.
